合いびき肉 300グラムほど
玉ねぎ １玉
トマト缶 １缶
にんにくチューブ お好み
ケチャップ 大さじ2
砂糖 小さじ2
ウスターソース 大さじ2
オレガノ お好み
(ホワイトソース)
バター １０グラム
薄力粉 大さじ2
牛乳 500㏄ほど
粉末コンソメ 小さじ2
